Novena

For a particular intention of mine, I've decided upon a Novena to the Blessed Virgin - three Memorare's, nine Sub tuum's, versicle Dignare me laudare te, Collect Concede misericors Deus, and Benediction Nos cum Prole pia:

Memorare, O piissima Virgo Maria, non esse auditum a sæculo, quemquam ad tua currentem præsidia, tua implorantem auxilia, tua petentem suffragia, esse derelictum. Ego tali animatus confidentia, ad te, Virgo Virginum, Mater, curro, ad te venio, coram te gemens peccator assisto. Noli, Mater Verbi, verba mea despicere; sed audi propitia et exaudi. Amen.

Sub tuum præsidium confugimus, Sancta Dei Genetrix. Nostras deprecationes ne despicias in necessitatibus, sed a periculis cunctis libera nos semper, Virgo gloriosa et benedicta. Amen.

V/. Dignare me laudare te, Virgo sacrata.
R/. Da mihi virtutem contra hostes tuos.
Oremus.

Concede, misericors Deus, fragilitati nostræ praesidium; ut, qui sanctæ Dei Genetricis memoriam agimus; intercessionis ejus auxilio, a nostris iniquitatibus resurgamus. Per eumdem Christum Dominum nostrum.
R/. Amen.

Nos cum Prole pia benedicat Virgo Maria.
R/. Amen.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

We fly to thy patronage, O holy Mother of God; despise not our petitions in our necessities, but deliver us always from all dangers, O glorious and blessed Virgin. Amen. (iij)

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,...

V/. Deign me to praise thee, O sacred Virgin.
R/. Give me strength against thine enemies.

Let us pray.

Grant, merciful God, protection to our frailty, that we, who keep the memory of the holy Mother of God may, by the help of her intercession, arise from our iniquities. Through the same Christ our Lord. R/. Amen.

Bless us Mary, Maiden mild; bless us Jesu, Mary's Child. R/. Amen.
