It appears that the new Apostolic Constitution on provision for the corporate reunion of Anglicans will be made public to-day, Monday the 9th of November, the feast of the dedication of the Archbasilica of Our Saviour, and will be entituled Anglicanorum cœtibus - note the possessive genitive plural, followed by most probably an ablative instrumental plural: "[Because of] groups of Anglicans... [asking for corporate reunion with the Apostolic See, these norms are promulgated...]"
The normal practice is for such documents to come out at noon, Roman time; that's still just over two hours away as I type this.

Let me be a bit risqué: with all the heated debate and palaver about married clergy ("running hot from bed to altar" as Cardinal Humbert said of the Greeks), one would think the document were to be called Anglicanorum coitibus - as indeed some accents will sound it...
