Phoar! What a Scorcher!
I'd thought it was hot and sticky to-day, but didn't really pay it much attention... turns out it was 38°C - that's 100°F on the old scale! - and the hottest day since the 28th of February (which passed 41°C).
ouch! That's horrible even in the shade!
